We build tools that remove friction from collaborative work. Too many teams spend more time managing their workflow than doing the actual work. TaskFlow is our answer to that problem — a focused, fast, and genuinely useful task management platform that stays out of your way.
Our story
TaskFlow grew out of frustration with tools that were either too simple to scale or too complex to adopt. We wanted something that felt lightweight on day one but could grow with a team — structured enough to keep things organized, flexible enough not to get in the way.
What started as an internal project quickly became the tool our team couldn't live without. So we decided to share it.

The team
We're a small, distributed team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers who care deeply about developer experience and end-user delight. We work asynchronously across time zones and eat our own dog food — every member of the team uses TaskFlow daily to run TaskFlow.
